FAQs
-
We proudly offer bulk billing for most services, but we kindly ask patients to check with our team for eligibility and specific details as not all services may fall under bulk billing.
-
Please use HotDoc to book an appointment, or call the reception.
Please schedule consultations in advance. For urgent consults, please ring the clinic.
If additional time is required, such as for multiple family members or addressing complex medical issues involving more than 15 minutes, please book for separate appointments. Informing our receptionist in such cases helps prevent delays for other appointments and ensures a calm, unhurried experience with your doctor.
Please be aware that due to the unpredictable nature of general practice consultations, there may be occasional delays.
We apologise for any inconvenience and will make every effort to keep you informed of any schedule adjustments.

We accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS, and major credit cards, with on-the-spot Medicare rebates available through our EFTPOS terminals.
