Dr. Sangeetha Rajah, Head Doctor

Dr. Sangeetha brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her practice. With a specialization in women's health and geriatric care, she combines years of expertise with a meticulous approach to patient care. Despite her demanding schedule and thorough consultations, her commitment to each patient ensures comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.

Recently relocating from Swan Hill to Bendigo, Dr. Sangeetha balances a thriving career with a deep love for her three young children, whom she adores spending time with outside of work. Beyond medicine, she finds joy in cooking, often experimenting with new recipes to share with family and friends. She is also a passionate advocate for children with disabilities, inspired by her own daughter who has autism/ADHD. Dr. Sangeetha takes a personal interest in each child that comes through her door.

While her popularity may result in longer wait times, patients value her dedication and expertise, knowing they receive the highest standard of care under her guidance.

Dr. Kavitha Andiappan

Available on Mondays weekly, Dr Kavitha specialises in procedural work for patients with Parkinson's disease and muscular spasms, particularly focusing on Botox injections for musculoskeletal issues.

Dr. Kavitha Andiappan is an esteemed Australian-qualified Specialist in Rehabilitation Medicine, with an international medical background. She completed her specialist training in Bendigo, Australia, and her undergraduate medical training in Ukraine. With 14 years of dedicated service to the Malaysian Ministry of Health as a Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist, Dr. Kavitha relocated to Bendigo in 2022.

Dr. Kavitha brings a wealth of clinical experience in:

  • Neurorehabilitation: Stroke, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and motor neurone disease.

  • Spasticity Management

  • Spinal Rehabilitation: Traumatic and non-traumatic spinal cord injuries.

Dr. Kavitha has been residing in Bendigo with her family for the past two years and finds it an ideal place to raise her two young children. She plans to make Bendigo her permanent home, bringing her extensive expertise and compassionate care to the community.

Dr. Kavitha is multilingual, fluent in English, Tamil, Malay, and Russian.
